23 year-old Sarah Rutherford, a Philip-Barbour High School teacher of Belington, was indicted on one count of sexual abuse by a guardian or custodian or person of trust to a child, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, when the Barbour County Grand Jury met on October 24th.
